A Designated Safeguarding Lead is appointed to oversee and coordinate all safeguarding efforts within Kindle Study Centre.

Responsibilities include staying informed about relevant laws, providing training to staff, and ensuring a prompt response to any safeguarding concerns.

3. Safer Recruitment

3.1. Rigorous Hiring Practices

All staff and volunteers undergo thorough background checks, including references and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks before commencing work at our tuition school.

4. Staff Training

Staff members receive regular training on safeguarding procedures, recognizing signs of abuse or neglect, and understanding their role in protecting children.

5. Children Protection Procedure
