3.1. Rigorous Hiring Practices
All staff and volunteers undergo thorough background checks, including references and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks before commencing work at our tuition school.

Staff members receive regular training on safeguarding procedures, recognizing signs of abuse or neglect, and understanding their role in protecting children.
